Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your ELENIR ESTELA DA LUZ INDUSTRIA garments. This policy explains how to return an item and request a refund. It applies to consumers and to resellers. Effective date: 2026-10-23.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of the item

Items must be returned unused, with all accessories, manuals and the original packaging. Returns shipping: paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns; paid by us for defective or incorrect items.

Garments that have been printed, embroidered, dyed or otherwise altered after delivery cannot be accepted, because they can no longer be resold as plain items.

Size or color changes

If you would like a different size or color, write to us within the same refund period. We will explain the options available for your order.

How to request

E-mail [email protected] with your order number and the items you want to return. We answer within 2 business days and send you return instructions.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your package arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, follow the steps in our Shipping Policy under "Lost or damaged packages."

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.

Exchanges

Defective items can be exchanged or fully refunded, with shipping paid by us.
